No. E-azy Agro does not provide delivery, transportation, or logistics services. The buyer is responsible for collecting the product from the seller's specified location and that the product matches the description, quantity, grade, and quality advertised on the platform. Buyers and sellers should communicate directly to agree on pickup arrangements, collection times, and any loading requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, the buyer must collect the product within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Sellers may specify a different collection period in the listing, particularly for perishable products, and such timelines shall take priority. If the buyer requests the seller to arrange delivery at the buyer's cost, any delivery arrangement is solely between the buyer and seller. E-azy Agro accepts no responsibility for the product during transit or for any discrepancies in the product upon delivery. Check our Pick up policy here

All payments are securely facilitated through E-azy Agro:
Order & Escrow: When a buyer places an order, payment is securely held by E-azy Agro.
Direct Contact: Once payment is complete, contact details are unlocked so the buyer and farmer can communicate directly to coordinate pickup.
Instant Payout: Once the buyer picks up the produce and clicks "Confirm Pickup" in the app, funds are released directly to the farmer immediately.
Automatic Payout: If the buyer fails to confirm pickup on the App but the farmer has confirmed on their end, the funds will be automatically released to the farmer after 3 working days. If neither party provides confirmation, the funds will remain on hold until confirmation is made.

E-azy Agro uses an escrow-based payment process. Payment is released to the seller once the buyer confirms pickup or, if no confirmation is received, after three working days from the successful order date.
