To register as a farmer or business trader:

1. Visit the E-azy Agro website or download the app
2. Click on "Register"
3. Select either the "Farmer" or "Business Trader" registration option
4. Fill in your personal, farm, or business details
5. Verify your phone number and email
6. Complete your profile and start listing products

You can browse a wide range of categories, including:

• Animal Products (meat, dairy, eggs, honey)
• Aquaculture Products (fish, seafood)
• Farm Inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)

Both small-scale farmers and business traders can list multiple products as long as they comply with the platform's guidelines. There is no strict limit, but we encourage all sellers to maintain quality over quantity. Each product listing should have accurate descriptions, clear images, and competitive pricing.

Once listed, your products become visible to registered buyers searching within relevant categories. Buyers can find your products through:

• Keyword search
• Featured products sections
• Location-based filtering
• Your seller profile page

Yes. Farmers and business traders can easily manage their product listings through their account dashboard. You can:

• Edit product information (price, description, images)
• Update availability and stock levels
• Remove or deactivate listings
• Mark products as sold

To register as a buyer:

1. Visit the E-azy Agro website or download the app
2. Click on "Register"
3. Select the "Buyer" registration option
4. Fill in your personal and contact details
5. Verify your phone number and email
6. Start browsing and purchasing products

Buyers can browse and source products listed by farmers across the various product categories available on the platform. This includes fresh produce, processed agricultural products, farm inputs, equipment, and more. All products are listed by verified sellers.

You can find products using multiple methods:

• Search: Use the search bar with product names or keywords
• Browse Categories: Navigate through our categorized product listings
• Filters: Apply filters for price range, location, seller type, and more
• Location: Find products from farmers near you
• Seller Profiles: Visit individual seller profiles to see their full inventory

​All payments and are securely facilitated through E-azy Agro:
​Order & Escrow: When a buyer places an order, payment is securely held by E-azy Agro.
​Direct Contact: Once payment is complete, contact details are unlocked so the buyer and farmer can communicate directly to coordinate pickup.
​Instant Payout: Once the buyer picks up the produce and clicks "Confirm Pickup" in the app, funds are released directly to the farmer immediately.
​Automatic Payout: If the buyer fails to confirm pickup on the App but the farmer has confirmed on their end, the funds will be automatically released to the farmer after 3 working days. If neither party provides confirmation, the funds will remain on hold until confirmation is made.

Yes. Farmers and buyers from different regions in Kenya can register and use the platform. We cover all 47 counties, allowing for nationwide connectivity between agricultural producers and consumers.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your registered phone number
4. Check your SMS for a password reset OTP code
5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

No. E-azy Agro serves as a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers. Products are listed and supplied by the respective sellers. We do not own, store, or purchase any products listed on our platform. We simply facilitate the connection between buyers and sellers.

Yes, E-azy Agro takes data privacy and security very seriously. Your personal information is protected according to our privacy policy and is only used to facilitate transactions and communications on the platform. We implement:

E-azy Agro uses an escrow-based payment process. Payment is released to the seller once the buyer confirms pickup or, if no confirmation is received, after three working days from the successful order date.
